Shipment processing time
All orders are processed with standard shipping ship within 2 business days.
Most orders are shipped with USPS so deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You’ll receive the tracking number and shipment confirmation once the order is processed. Orders are processed within 2 business days depending on the shipping option selected. Please see the above section for order processing options.
Track My Order
All tracking numbers are emailed once a label is created. Please check your email for a tracking number. If you do not have a tracking number in your email, please reach out to our support team to get your tracking number. support@bosspersonalplanner.com
Damages
BOSS Personal Planner is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless you choose a shipping option with insurance.
If you received your order damaged without our insurance, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you purchased a shipping option with our insurance and your product is lost or damaged, please contact support@bosspersonalplanner.com. Please provide photos if there is damage along with your order information. Tracking numbers will be used to verify product delivery.
Digital Planner Delivery
Please note these are digital items and instantly downloaded. No item will be shipped. You will have a chance to download the files on the order confirmation and an email will be sent shortly after your purchase containing your download link.
