What is the refund policy for digital planners?
Because the digital planners are a digital product and cannot be returned, once the planner is downloaded, we can no longer provide a refund. This is a standard policy with most digital media purchases. If it has been less than 30 days and you have not downloaded the planner, we can issue a refund and cancel the sale.
What is the return policy for paper planners?
Our paper planner refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are within the 60 days and not happy with your planner, you can return it for a full refund. Buyer is responsible to return shipping. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to return to your card or bank.

Do the planners autofill data?
The planners do not autofill data and they are like that for a reason. There is a benefit to doing it manually even though it may take a few extra seconds. They are treated like a pen and paper notebook where in each space, you have to right the data manually.
Do I have to pay again to get the planner next year?
It depends on your preference. We have two types of planner: Undated and Dated.
Undated. The Undated planner has no dates and is a one-time payment only. You can add dates to the sections that need dates. Basically, it allows you to stop and start whenever you want. It means you can use this type of planner for the current year and beyond.
Dated. This planner has date tags and you need to repurchase should you want to continue in 2021 and beyond. The good news is that we offer a discount on any repeat order.
Is this a standalone app?
This is not an app of its own. Our planners are PDF planners that are intended to be used with annotation apps such as Goodnotes, Zoomnotes, Xodo, etc.
Does it work for Android?
Yes, the planners will work for Android. The app we recommend to use is Xodo but others will work (may have limited functionality)
With the customizable planner, how do you write in the tab names so that you don’t have to write it all out on every single page?
Create the tab names on one page, then select all of the words using the lasso tool, press and hold to bring up the menu, select copy, and paste it on the new pages. Also, when you duplicate a page that has the tabs names on it, the names will also duplicate.

Why don’t my tabs work?
Try deselecting the pen/write tool in the top right corner of your screen. GoodNotes or Notability doesn’t allow you to click links when the pen is selected. If you deselect the pen/write tool, it allows you to freely click on links. When you're ready to write again, you click the pen tool again.

It that doesn't work, please re-setup your planner. Delete/Remove the old files from your device and app, download again the pdf planner by using Safari browser (not Chrome) and import again into your app.

What do I do when the file is unsupported on my iPad?
If you get "Unsupported File", please sign up or create an account with Dropbox (free tool). Make sure you are logged in after you sign up. The next thing you have to do is to click the download link once again, hit "Download" box and click "Save to My Dropbox".
Why does my Apple Pencil refuse to write?
You can fix it by closing the digital planner and opening it again.
I can't open the zip file in Goodnotes or similar apps

It will walk you through how to open and import the planner. Most other apps work in a similar way. You can unzip the file in "Files" on iOS and then open them in the app you want. Or you can go into the app you use and usually import the planner in from an import option.

When does my paper planner get shipped?
Paper planners will typically be shipped in 1-2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Typically, all orders will be received in 3 business days after shipping. 98% of our orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and some orders are shipped via UPS 3 day.

How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, you will get an email with your tracking number. If you lose this email, reach out to our support team to get your tracking number.
How do I get my digital planner or product?
You have 3 ways to download your digital products.
- You will have a download link on the thank you page after you make the purchase.
- After your purchase, you will be emailed a link with the digital product download(s)
- You can visit this page to redownload your products
