General

Because the digital planners are a digital product and cannot be returned, once the planner is downloaded, we can no longer provide a refund. This is a standard policy with most digital media purchases. If it has been less than 30 days and you have not downloaded the planner, we can issue a refund and cancel the sale.

Our paper planner refund policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are within the 60 days and not happy with your planner, you can return it for a full refund. Buyer is responsible to return shipping. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to return to your card or bank.

Our paper planners typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times on top of that are typically 2 to 5 days. We offer different processing and shipping speeds if you would like to get it sooner.

The planners do not autofill data and they are like that for a reason. There is a benefit to doing it manually even though it may take a few extra seconds. They are treated like a pen and paper notebook where in each space, you have to right the data manually.

It depends on your preference. We have two types of planner: Undated and Dated.

Undated. The Undated planner has no dates and is a one-time payment only. You can add dates to the sections that need dates. Basically, it allows you to stop and start whenever you want. It means you can use this type of planner for the current year and beyond.

Dated. This planner has date tags and you need to repurchase should you want to continue in 2021 and beyond. The good news is that we offer a discount on any repeat order.

This is not an app of its own. Our planners are PDF planners that are intended to be used with annotation apps such as Goodnotes, Zoomnotes, Xodo, etc.

Below is a list of just some of the apps it works with for iOS & Android.

  • Goodnotes - iOS
  • Notability - iOS
  • Notes Writer - iOS
  • Noteshelf - iOS
  • MetaMoji - Both iOS & Android (tabs will not work)
  • NoteLedge - Android
  • Apple Notes - iOS
  • Squid - Android (tabs will not work)
  • Xodo - Android
  • Write on PDF - Android (tabs will not work)

Yes, the planners will work for Android. The app we recommend to use is Xodo but others will work (may have limited functionality)

Create the tab names on one page, then select all of the words using the lasso tool, press and hold to bring up the menu, select copy, and paste it on the new pages. Also, when you duplicate a page that has the tabs names on it, the names will also duplicate.

To copy and paste will depend on the exact app you use but typically, you need to click the button that lets you view the outline or a bunch of pages at once. Then usually, there is a menu button for each page. When you click it, you will have the option to copy the page. Then, you can click the page before or after you want to put it, click the menu again and paste it.

You can search for keywords in a particular document. Open that document and tap on the magnifying glass in the upper left of the nav bar. Type in your keyword and tap Search. Tapping on the result will take you to the desired spot.

For Android users, we highly recommend using the planner with Xodo (https://www.xodo.com/). After downloading the file, tap on the file and simply "open with" or "copy at" Xodo.

Around 21% of the time, a calendar month has 6 weeks. Since it only happens 21% of the time, we wanted to have our planners take advantage of the benefit that fits the majority. So, including only 5 weeks in the calendar gives more room in each box. For months with 6 weeks, we recommend carrying over into the following month's calendar.

Yes, you can use it with Android tablets, phones, and even computers. While you can use it with phones and computers, the features will be limited and you may have to add text boxes manually. The planner is intended to be used with annotations apps with a tablet and a stylus so you can write on it like pen and paper.

Unfortunately, the planners do not sync with any 3rd party calendars apps.

The planners do not come with typeable text boxes by default since they are intended to be written in with a stylus but most annotation apps will allow you to add your own text boxes that you can type in.

Unfortunately, they will not work with either Onenote or Evernote. We are working on a more robust app though. We will keep you posted.

It depends on what app you are using. Typically, you find the outline/grid view. Then, on the page you want to delete, there should be a dropdown menu where you can delete the page. However, we don't recommend removing or deleting any page for such action will compromise the links for easier navigation.

The process will depend on what app you are using but typically, here's how you do it:

  • Go to the outline view.
  • Select the page you want to duplicate
  • Hit the menu button on that page, select copy.
  • Select the page you want to paste it after.
  • Select the menu again and hit paste.

We have not specifically tested on that device so we can't give a definitive answer. Our digital planner typically works with annotation apps that let you import PDF documents and write with a stylus. To see for yourself, try one of our sample planners, just visit a digital planner product page to download.

It can be used with a laptop but it is not ideal. You would have to add text boxes manually. It is best intended to be used with annotation apps with a stylus and tablet.

Look for the magnifier feature of your app either on the top or bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Tap the magnifying glass or tap and hold anywhere on the screen to enter zoom writing mode. Whatever you write in the bottom area will show up in the top box. Toggle the box if you want to make it bigger.

Use the text tool? "T" icon in a box in the center of the writing toolbar.

You can't directly make the planner an icon on your home screen. What you can do is put the annotation app you use, such as GoodNotes on your home screen.

Our digital planner is intended to be used on tablets with annotations apps and a stylus so you can write on it like pen and paper. But you can also use it with Android tablets, phones and even computers. While you can use it with phones and computers, it won't be as ideal with tablets, the features will be limited and you may have to add text boxes manually.

Yes, you can sync notes between those devices by using iCloud and GoodNotes.

Here's how to set up iCloud:

1. Open the Settings app on your main device (ie. iPad)

2. Tap your name to open the Apple ID screen

3. Select iCloud.

4. Turn on the toggle switches next to every category of app and content that you want to sync between the iPhone and iPad.

5. Repeat this process with the second device.

Digital Planner Troubleshooting

Try deselecting the pen/write tool in the top right corner of your screen. GoodNotes or Notability doesn’t allow you to click links when the pen is selected. If you deselect the pen/write tool, it allows you to freely click on links. When you're ready to write again, you click the pen tool again.

It that doesn't work, please re-setup your planner. Delete/Remove the old files from your device and app, download again the pdf planner by using Safari browser (not Chrome) and import again into your app.

If the issue persists, please email support@bosspersonalplanner.com.

If you get "Unsupported File", please sign up or create an account with Dropbox (free tool). Make sure you are logged in after you sign up. The next thing you have to do is to click the download link once again, hit "Download" box and click "Save to My Dropbox".

You can fix it by closing the digital planner and opening it again.

Follow the instructions here: https://bosspersonalplanner.com/support

It will walk you through how to open and import the planner. Most other apps work in a similar way. You can unzip the file in "Files" on iOS and then open them in the app you want. Or you can go into the app you use and usually import the planner in from an import option.

If you need to download your original digital files, you can do so here:

In order to sync the planner between Xodo and Android, we recommend using existing cloud storage solutions such as Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive that both platforms can use.

On Android, Xodo integrates those apps as cloud storage solution directly in the app. We highly suggest Dropbox for any digital planners.

Please see the below guides for instructions:

On Windows, we recommend installing the desktop version of the cloud storage application. This will create a folder on your system that is automatically kept in sync. Files in this folder can then be opened like normal files, and changes will be synced seamlessly. You can also pin this folder in Xodo's File page.
